Meet the Team

Founder and Instructor

Jena Schultz, M.S. HRM, SHRM-CP

I'm a people-focused professional, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner with a background spanning human resources, employee development, healthcare, rehabilitation, and safety training. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services, and my SHRM-CP certification, I’ve built my career around helping people, developing organizations, and creating practical solutions that make a difference.

My passion for helping others has also led me into CPR and safety education. As an American Red Cross instructor and the founder of Blue Heron CPR, I provide practical, accessible training designed to help individuals and workplaces feel prepared for the moments that matter.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: to help people feel more prepared, confident, and capable, whether that’s in the workplace, during an emergency, or as they take the next step in their own lives.
