Certification & Course Details

How long is my certification valid?

Most American Red Cross certifications, including CPR, AED, and First Aid, are valid for two years from the date of course completion. Bloodborne Pathogen Training is valid for 1 year. We recommend scheduling renewal training 30 days before your card expires.

What should I expect during a class?

Expect a professional yet reassuring environment. Our classes combine high-quality video instruction with hands-on practice using adult and pediatric manikins. You'll receive real-time feedback to ensure you're confident in your life-saving skills.

What training formats do you offer?

We offer full in-person training at your site, pure online courses for knowledge-only needs, and blended learning which combines online theory with a brief, efficient in-person skills session.

How do I schedule group or on-site training?

We accommodate class sizes from 3 to 12 students to ensure personalized attention and optimal skill retention. For on-site sessions, we require a clear space suitable for hands-on practice with manikins and a ability to display . Our mobile service brings everything else—from certification materials to expertise—directly to your facility.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Policy Details
  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a 90% refund (10% retained for administrative fees).
  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling/Transfer: You may reschedule your class once at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the session.If you are unable to attend, please contact us to register to a future session, subject to availability.
  • No-Shows: Students who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
  • Agreement: By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
